The app has improved a lot compared to what it was in 2 years back, still there are many issues on UI UX front. The app acts like greedy for rating. Your consultation is over and you disconnect the call. And there it will ask for star rating. And you can not avoid that. And the worse thing is unless you give the rating the background will not be refreshed and itwill look like call is still in progress. So you have to give rating in desperation. Similar issue on consultation page.

Now app doesn't work as expected it is not loading ecard, claim details, claim history all shows as no data available. Ticket has been raised to analyse the issue and fix the problem. Received call from app team to get details about the issue in app. I will update once issue is resolved.

This is the worst app I have used on my phone. So devastating that tcs partnered with medibuddy that I am forced to use it. The app is slow and buggy, doctors are pathetic, no medicines would be available at any given location, spams me with ads, confusing to apply claims etc. Overall it's a horrible company they leaches on my insurance money and makes sure my domiciliary gets wasted every year due to how effin useless it is. Thanks medibuddy!
